I have just published my new book called
HOW TO RUN A SUCCESSFUL MARKET STALL : A Simple Guide for Food Producers and Crafters
This is a book I've been working on for almost two years now and is packed with tips on how to run your own market stall. With many years experience now behind me, I have had the absolute pleasure to help new vendors along in their own process of building their market businesses just as I had so much help when I first started.
I looked for resources for everything from packaging to labels, selling to creating product lines and nowhere could I find a book that encompassed all the needs and concerns facing market vendors. So, I decided to write one myself and this book is the result.
My new publishing company is called Over Unity Press at How to Run a Successful Market Stall and you'll see my new blog, and will be able to buy the book either as a pdf download or click through my affiliate link to amazon.com and buy hard copies that way.
I will also be putting on a number of workshops. Look to the right for more information and a picture of the book cover as I can't put one on this page.
HISTORY
Here's the story, short and simple. Dana had Duqqa at a party in 2001 and thought, "Hey! I should make that and sell it!" So she did...the rest is history.
Dana's life has recently become more about living in balance, enjoying life instead of constantly striving to grow grow grow. She's taken a step back, slowed down and has spent the last year and a half in writing her first book due to be published in January 2011.
While her products are still available at a select few retail outlets, they are usually only available during market season at her booth. Stock up when you see her or you might not find the products otherwise.
In the meantime, check out her RECIPE section and learn how to use her products. They're super easy to use and lots of fun. Isn't that what cooking's supposed to be about?
