Drizzle on strawberries, ice cream, crepes, waffles, cheesecake and sponge cakes. It even makes an amazing martini.

Tangy, tart and bittersweet, this is THE mustard for a ham sandwich...enough said.
DUQQA –(DOO-kah)
An Egyptian nut and spice mixture eaten as a dip with bread and oil, and also as a crust on meats, fish, veggies, blended with dairy products.
" As a competitive triathlete I look for natural, healthy and quick sources of energy. I use Hot Chick's Traditional Duqqa on everything from eggs, salads, soups and chicken. My favourite, though, is duqqa and honey on toast. It's amazing!"

GOMASHIO
It's a Japanese blend of toasted and ground sesame seeds and fine French sea salt called fleur de sel. Use it on rice, in sushi rolls, on steaks and salmon.
ORGANIC HEMP ZAATAR
This blend of Organically Grown Canadian raw shelled hemp seeds is blended with sumac, earthy flavoured herbs and a hint of fleur de sel.
Excellent with starchy foods like potatoes, and sprinkled onto pizza dough and focaccia bread. NOW ORGANIC!
