HOW TO USE OUR NUT and SPICE PRODUCTS

  1. Dunk bread into olive oil, dip it into DUQQA, HEMP ZAATAR or GOMASHIO, and enjoy! Enjoy with some wine or beer.

  2. Crust chicken, fish and meats and Bake, BBQ or fry. No flour, sugar and not too much salt make this a very healthy addition to your diet.

  3. Mix into sour cream, cream cheese or yoghurt for an easy dip or spread.

  4. Sprinkle on a salad, on steamed beans, and on roasted veggies.

  5. Sprinkle on blended vegetable soups like squash, roasted parsnip or cream of mushroom soup...amazing with a dollop of yoghurt too.

  6. Sprinkle Duqqa onto hot popcorn. "...and there was much rejoicing...yeaaaaaaah!"

HOW TO USE MUSTARD

  • Spread on sandwiches. It adds tang and flavour with no fat!

  • Whip into a salad dressing. ( try our famous take on ceasar salad)

  • spread over meats before cooking. (Makes amazing chicken wings when you spread  mustard over them and then sprinkle on some of the dry blends too!)
